Post pypa/trove-classifiers#218, I think this project will benefit from this classifier.

This doesn't work on PyPI currently:

WARNING  Error during upload. Retry with the --verbose option for more details.
ERROR    HTTPError: 400 Bad Request from https://upload.pypi.org/legacy/
'Programming Language :: Zig' is not a valid classifier. See https://packaging.python.org/specifications/core-metadata for more information.

I've reverted the commit for now.

Ah, it's most likely because Warehouse needs to update the version for trove-classifiers here:

https://github.com/pypi/warehouse/blob/618be1fa149b333a75089537d0ce7bf0b647651c/requirements/main.txt#L2404-L2406

to 2025.9.8.13, and then it should work.

Oh right: the PyPI codebase (warehouse) needs to update its dependency on trove-classifiers: pypi/warehouse#18681
